ABOUT OUR ORGANISATION
Our mission which is simple ? we have come together to challenge the
stigma that surrounds vulnerability and struggle ? something we can
all experience in our life. We come with good hearts, passion, and
determination. We come as individuals who believe suicide prevention
if for all of us to tackle and all of us to own.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking to broaden our panel of Facilitators to help us deliver
our ambitious suite of Culture Changing Programmes. We have a number
of programmes designed for a diverse range of audiences which includes
our Eden Programme, Supporters Programme, WRAP and Wellness Programme.
ABOUT THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Suicide or Survives panel of Facilitators are people who have a
mixture of appropriate experience, expertise, and training in the area
of suicidal ideation and display a level of experience in Facilitation
and co-facilitation and an understanding of and commitment to the
principles of Recovery.
In essence our team of facilitators will be known by their commitment
to the recovery model, their adherence to our Governance Codes and
their passion to present our message in a memorable and impactful way.
In addition to this they will be advocates of personal growth and will
reflect this in their own journey. As we operate as a team,
facilitators will be called on to display a high degree of flexibility
to ensure that our participants get the best offering. Full training
on our programmes will be provided.
